This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.

Each project partner upload this section of a three months basis.

Partners' Institution:
Fundatia EuroEd

Project's period (from/to):
01 September 2018 - 31 August 2021

Activity concerned:
IO3 - Community of Practice

Objectives of activities carried out:
The objective of this intellectual output is to create a community of practice which will allow Math professors in higher education institutions to share and compare different teaching resources, tools and strategies to support specific mathematical topics.

Description of activities carried out:
EuroEd, in cooperation with ‘Gheorghe Asachi’ Technical University of Iasi produced a calendar of activities in order to identify the different partners' roles, deadlines and responsibilities.
During the first meeting of the project the partners discussed the template and planned the strategies to use the result of the project.
During the next meetings in the project, EuroEd received the feedback from the coordinator and from the partners on how to produce the project Guide. The IO3 proposed structure includes: Active Community of Practice; Identification of good practices; Online guidebook of good practices.
Roles allocated: Technical Issues about the Platform – EuroED partner; Case Studies Using MathE Platform (>=2 per partner) – All HEI partners; Book edition – EuroED partner
EuroEd role was to produce the Guidebook.
EuroEd worked in production of the table of contents for the Guidebook:
Introduction
About the MathE project (aims, partnership, educational resources)
About the Guidebook of good practices
Benefits for the teachers and students joining the MathE Community of Practices
Part 1: MathE usability
1.1 Presentation of the MathE Platform
1.2 Teachers using the MathE Platform
1.2.1 Teacher registration
1.2.2 Addition of questions to the self-assessment database
1.2.3 Elaboration of a final assessment
1.2.4 Inserting teaching resources (videos, lessons and other resources)
1.3 Students using the MathE Platform
1.3.1 Student registration
1.3.2 Student assessment Toolkit
1.3.3 Student final assessment
1.4 MathE Library
1.5 Community of Practice
Part 2: MathE experimentation
2.1 Case Studies Using MathE Platform in Portugal
2.2 Case Studies Using MathE Platform in Ireland
2.3 Case Studies Using MathE Platform in Italy
2.4 Case Studies Using MathE Platform in Lithuania
2.5 Case Studies Using MathE Platform in Romania
Guide availability and MathE contacts
The proposed table of contents has been discussed with the coordinator, adaptations have been done according to the feedback received.
EuroEd staff worked in production of the chapters:
Introduction
About the MathE project (aims, partnership, educational resources)
About the Guidebook of good practices
Benefits for the teachers and students joining the MathE Community of Practices
Part 1: MathE usability
Guide availability and MathE contacts
The contents created are clear, describe efficiently the MathE project needs, the usability and applicability of the project platform and easy and friendly matters on how to access various parts of the project portal. The Guide includes visual elements – print screens of the steps to be followed, but also video tutorials.

Results Achieved:
IO3.4 Production of the online guidebook of good practices structure and essential contents
IO3.4 Production of the online guidebook of good practices table of contents
IO3.4 Guidebook of good practices - MathE teachers and students Community of Practices
